  For anadult couple that travel a lot this is ok. The hotel is the middle of the best restaurant area of the town. This is a big plus since we enjoy varied and interesting food/wine. The toproof has a pool area and sunbeds. We stayed there all day for ahalf of the week we stayed there. The pool is a little small, but you can do execise swiming if less than 2-3 is in the water. Another plus is the easy access to the rest of the town, supermarked etc. You get everything you need within 3-400 m of the hotel.

  I would recommend this hotel to people on a budget but you could find more modern alternatives in this location for an extra 200-300 per week.

  Having seen some bad reviews I am pleasantly surprised rooms are large and clean fairly well equipped good local facilities lots of places to eat in close proximity that even those with mobility issues can easily get to... downsides no air con and the rooms could do with a bit of modernisation... Then again it's never billed as the ritz all in all so far so good

  Read lots of bad reviews regarding this hotel after booking witch made me a little worried. When we arrived we where pleasantly surprised. It was a little outdated but not dirty and scruffy as a lot of the reviews talk about. Staff where friendly and helpful and the on site pizzeria had good selection and great prices.

  Negative. The rooms are old fasion. The fridge is ok, but the rest of the kitchen is worn out. The bathroom is also 80s styled with bede, but had very old shower head/water battery. Do not flush when someone takes a shower. Its all connected. The balcony is impossible to sit in, unless you have a room on the top floor. You can hear your neighbours talk/cough etc. The beds are ok, BUT the frame under the matras is for a much smaller size - my wife fell off it really hard just turning around in the morning.

  The location of this hotel is a major pluss! driving into the resort had me feeling sorry for people not near this hotel. miles and miles of hotels with nothing but the odd store. This hotel is however in the heart of the resort but away from the nightlife, literally 2 min walk to the main square.

  Absolutely smashing hotel! Although self catering, the domestic staff do an absolutely fantastic job. They thoroughly clean the room every day, mopping the floor, making the beds and changing towels etc. The reception staff have been very friendly and have done their absolutely best to assist me whenever possible. The restaurant downstairs is great and I have had dinner there a few nights in a row because the food (especially the pizza) is great and the staff are very friendly. The only problem I have is that there is not wi fi in the rooms, but at such a low price you cannot expect this and the hotel has been amazing and is so close to the bus station, the plaza and is right in between jardin playa and Lago Martinez. Perfect tbh

  Ideal location, very good value for the price we paid. 2 minimarkets and bakery just outside the hotel. Pool area on the roof with a great wiew.

  We paid next to nothing for the trip as it was on special sale to fill all rooms 1 week before departure. We were happy, but its not for everybody.

  We stayed 1 week in January 2018. We got a room with a shallow balcony facing the street yhe first night and asked to change it to a room facing the yard the next day. We got the trip very cheap so we should not complain, but here is a few pros and cons.
